Canyon 66 Restaurant & Lounge

Well I just moved to Kingman and heard this was the place to go have a drink and socialize. All of the wiatrees seemed new, and were not familiar with the drink specials that were advertised on the web site. I ask 3 different ones about the famous 66 cent first drink that is highlighted on there web site, and they never heard of it. Granted, these young ladies, all 6 of them, seemed very wet behind the ears. The one drink I did have was a generous pour. That's why they got 3 stars instead of one. My date and myself split a BLT and that was just ok. I also asked about the live entertainment and got a response that they don't have it anymore, except for comedy shows. Does management give any training to help these ladies answer simple questions. Great atomosphere, very weak supporting staff.

Nice clean place. Staff was friendlly food was good.

The soup was extremely salty while the pasta was tasteless.. the staff was not helpful... the pizza was the only highlight...

Much better since it appears they have worked out most of their problems.This was our 3rd visit since the management changes, not as good as our second visit but still much much better improve it and when John's working it's really a good time but I would recommend it.

Every person I know recommended this place so, we went. Loved the food, service, and it was a slow night due to weather. Would recommend for good food if you don't mind county/rock combo type music.

We were here on 10/23/19! Mary, the bartender was wonderful and friendly! We EnJoyed our dinner was well! I had the salmon and my husband had the ranchers ribeye. We even made some new friends while there!

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is!

We asked for water with lemons. The waiter grab halves of lemons by his bare hand (no washing) after picking up dirty dishes,shaking hands with customers etc. Oversalted and food, we returned it and left the place.

This restaurant is located inside the Ramada Inn. It's nice and clean. It does have a number of TVs. However the service is not fast. We waited 20 minutes for our cocktails and 45 minutes for fish and chips and a grilled cheese and fries. The fish and the grilled cheese were okay but the french fries tasted like a salt lick. If you can go someplace else, I would. We were told that the reason our food took so long was because there was another large order that the kitchen had to get out. There was a table of three other than us. Not recommended.

There food is the best and the entertainment is really great place to go.

What a wonderful ROUTE 66 experience! Great customer service friendly and on top of everything. What a blessing being there.

Have stopped here a couple of times and enjoyed both visits.

Great Sports bar with good selection of food

I lived the outside of this restaurant. Lots of old Hollywood murals on the wall. The inside was slightly less impressive, but it's still nice. It looks like it may be in the middle of a renovation. The ceiling is missing and the plastic wrapped insulation and pipes and wires are exposed. There were a handful of TVs providing entertainment for sports fans. The drinks were good as was the food, although limited selection and they were out of my first two choices

Good value. Food basic but good. Server not friendly; kept apologizing to customers for different things. Bartender Outstanding. Only 2 people - 1 server, 1 bartender - in restaurant. Overworked. Kitchen probably slow, but good good.

Route 66 must stop bye fantastic atmosphere superlarge portions and the vest booth seats ever. Comfort food at its best.

Love this place. While staying at the Ramada. I was here just about everyday. Before checking in and after checking out. Food was good. Entertainment on Friday night was good. Bartenders Doug and Mary were both a pleasure. I will definetly be back. Will recommend to others going to Kingman.

Great service,good food,and atmosphere

I come here all the time i pass through. They serve ipa beer and the staff are friendly. Plenty of tv monitors for sporting events. The locals that visit here are nice as well, and i like that.

Let me just start by saying the food was to die for. It was so good and so fresh it had our mouths watering before it hit the table. Their specialty burgers were DELICIOUS! They're one of few places still that has malt vinegar for their fish and chips! The waiter was very nice, extremely personable and very informative of the menu. He had plenty of recommendations for drinks on tap and was efficient at refilling them. He was also attentive to our 3yr old and spoke to him like an adult (5th star). The atmosphere is cool, they have a dance floor just in case you want to boogie 😎 I was even impressed with their kids grilled cheese. My extremely picky son scarfed it down and said it was delicious! Highly recommend eating here and staying at the hotel if traveling through AZ/route 66!

I am currently enjoying a trip with my grandmother, and boy am I glad we stopped here for a bite. The scenery is cool and iconic. The Loaded Fries are to die for. And a huge shout out to Mary, our waitress, for fantastic service!!! 10 outta 10, will come again ;). Edit: Sorry but I have to lower my score. We came back for a second round and the fries were still good but it took longer waiting for the check than it did to eat! If the place had been busier I could understand, but rather dissapointed this time around...

Good food good price when the business is open they keep shutting down

I love this place, stayed here for 10 day's!!!! Love all the bartender's, know them by name!!!! The Ceaser Salad is good, but my favorite are the Fried Pickles!!!!

Awesome place, great food and beer. Staff very punctual and friendly, met the bar tender from Hartlepool England who been living in the states for years, cool guy. Definitely worth visiting if you pass through or are on holiday get yourself in here and have some food and beers, waitress Katlyn was very nice.

It's a nice place with friendly staff and a good selection of beers. Huge entrees, rather small appetizers. However, their buffalo seasoning and salad dressings all contain a lot of vinegar, which give their dishes a rather unique taste. Combined with the prices - which are a bit high for what you get, I give it three stars. OK for one time, but wouldn't go there again.

Excellent. A lot of food, very well prepared. I had salmon, my husband had Philly cheese steak. Both among the best we ever had

I'm a local, and this is my favorite local restaurant. I give it 4 stars based on global experience. The dining room is the only place in town that's been designed to provide an acoustically pleasing experience. The only place you can talk without yelling. Menu is varied and everything well prepared. Good to excellent service including Sundays. Encompasses a sports bar atmosphere that is well done, but unobtrusive.

Great area to visit! Route 66 in Arizona is a must for any American or travelers to see! Cool and nostalgic with many photo opportunities. Food, cool old cars decorating fronts of stores. So fun! Wish I had gone here before. Will be back.

We ate at the bar. It has a nice ambiance. Got our dinners cold & undercooked (steak & salmon). We won’t order food here again. It’s the second time it happened. Enjoyed the bar & beers. Will return for that.

Nice! Great for Route 66 lovers. Food is good but standard. The Oatan Mule cocktail is great.

We regret stopping at this restaurant on our way to Las Vegas. Service was slow and food tasted badly. Insipid pasta served cold, overcooked salmon... and it is pricey for what they serve. No one in our party was satisfied with their order. After we were served our food, we understood the reason why the place was almost empty when we arrived. It is simply a place no one like to eat at. We do not recommend this place.

I don't enjoy rating places with a low number of stars so maybe I've over rated this place with three. But it's someone's attempt to create a cute Route 66 bar and restaurant here and for the most part has succeeded. For me (and my wife as well) the food was disappointing. On the other hand a tall pour of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay for only $6.50 was a bargain and if you are already staying at the motel why would you want to go anywhere else? (To get a meal that tastes like food rather than corporately canned profits is the dirty little secret answer to that.)

Good place for a few drinks and a burger. Everyone is very friendly but don't expect super quick service. (Not a complaint, I liked that no one rushed you through your meal or drink. Just mentioning in case people are in a huge hurry)

I was traveling and stopped here to sleep at the hotel. I literally have never seen such an artistic and visually pleasing hotel. If you love art and history , this is decorated for you! Great place for a photo shoot. If you're passing through, give this place a visit!

Amazing experience , great food great service, great prices, ...the bar tenders are extremely amazing,I was stranded in Kingman for 8 days and went to this place pretty much everyday..lol.. I love this place, highly recommend...😋🤘🍻🍔🍕can't wait to go back 😄see y'all soon😎🤠
